It shall be unlawful to harbor or keep any horse, cow, goat, swine, or sheep or any and all related types of such animals and offspring or any animal weighing 200 pounds or more in any place within the city limits. However, a person owning ten contiguous acres within the city limits may keep, own or provide quarters on such acreage.
