(A) This chapter shall not apply to the Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds and Motorcycle Track, Agner Hall and accompanying shelters, nor the parks involved in the annual Lawrenceburg Fall Fest or other festivals sanctioned by the city.
(B) Notwithstanding division (A) of this section, the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parks listen in (A) shall only be permitted during and in connection with those events sanctioned by the city.
(C) Notwithstanding § 90.01, the Parks Board or City Council can sanction the consumption of alcoholic beverages for an event at any city park.
