(A) The seal of the city shall consist of two concentric circles, with the words, "City of Lawrenceburg, Indiana," contained within the boundaries of such circles and the word "Seal" across the center of the inner circle.
(B) The seal as described in division (A) of this section shall be the official seal of the city and shall be used in connection with the execution of all documents, instruments and papers on behalf of the city requiring the use of such seal.
