§ 73.02 BICYCLES NOT ALLOWED ON SKATE PARK PREMISES.
   (A)   As posted at the skate park located in the vicinity of the Todd Creech Memorial Park, there shall be no bicycles in or about the skate park.
   (B)   Penalty for a violation of this section is located in § 70.99, with the addition that under the citing officer's discretion, the bicycle in violation may be impounded until the penalty section is complied with.
