§ 72.89 PARKING PERMITS.

   (A)   Information contained on permit. The permit provided for in this subchapter shall contain the following information:

      (1)   Number of permit;

      (2)   Name and address of person to whom permit is issued;

      (3)   Month and date of issuance and date of expiration if other than December 31, of the year of issuance.

   (B)   Expiration of permit. All permits shall automatically expire when the permit holder can no longer quality for a permit and on December 31 of each year.

   (C)   Approval of application; revocation. The application for a permit under the provisions of this subchapter shall be first approved by the Police Department.
