(A) The unauthorized possession or use of such card and/or sticker is hereby declared a violation of this section and subject to a penalty of $50 to be enforced as provided by the general provisions of this code.
(B) Parking of a vehicle by any person in a space reserved hereunder without a visible permit or special registration plate showing such parking to be authorized shall be unlawful and shall subject the owner and/or driver of the vehicle so parked to a penalty of $50 for the first violation and $75 for each subsequent violation, and all penalties are to be enforced as provided by the general penalty provision of this code.
(C) Violators shall be responsible for any towing expenses as well as payment of any applicable impoundment fees.
