§ 72.49 TOWING CONTRACT. 
   The Common Council may contract with any individual, firm or corporation for the towing and storage of any vehicle in violation of any of the parking zone ordinances as set forth in Chapter 75, Schedule I. A schedule of the towing charges and impoundment storage fees shall be posted in public places as determined by the Board of Works.
