§ 72.19 UNAUTHORIZED MARKING.

It shall be unlawful for anyone not so authorized by the Mayor and Common Council to post any signs, place any barricades or paint any curbs which are intended to, or have the effect of, creating the impression that parking there is limited or prohibited by the city.
