§ 72.13 CABSTANDS; BUS STANDS.
   No vehicle other than a licensed taxicab shall be parked in any area designated by the Common Council and marked as a cabstand, and no vehicle other than a bus shall be parked in a place designated by Common Council and marked as a bus loading zone.
