In parking zones listed in Chapter 96, the Manager of the Department of Public Works shall cause signs to be installed upon the curb or sidewalk immediately adjacent to the parking zones to advise of the parking time limit for that zone, and the Manager of the Department of Public Works shall be responsible for the regulation, control, maintenance and use of such signs. Each sign shall advise the period of time prescribed by Chapter 75.
