Parking time limits shall apply to the designated zones for the hours and days listed in Chapter 75; provided, however, that within the meaning of this chapter, the term
HOLIDAY shall include the following days only: January 1, May 30, July 4, the first Monday in September, December 25, and the day designated and set aside by the President of the United States as a day of Thanksgiving.
