§ 71.07 SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to drive a motor vehicle at a speed in excess of 25 miles per hour within the urban districts of the city unless otherwise posted.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   URBAN DISTRICTS. All streets contained within the city, excepting state and federal highways, shall be considered to be within urban districts.
   (C)   Those state and federal highways which are contained within the city and which are not subject to the speed limitations set forth in this section are the following:
      (1)   U.S. 50 (Eads Parkway).
      (2)   State Route 48.
      (3)   State Route 1 (Main Street).
