(A) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any user who violates § 53.24 or § 53.25 may be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500 (see I.C. 36-l-3-8(a)(10)(B)). Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to, or in the alternative to, a fine, water service may be terminated for any user who violates § 53.23 or § 53.24.
