§ 36.33 FALL FEST FUND.
   (A)   The city shall, and does hereby establish a cumulative, non-reverting Fall Fest Fund.
   (B)   These funds shall be spent when necessary with the approval of City Council and submitted on an approved claim form.
   (C)   This fund shall be separate from and independent of the yearly Riverboat budget.
   (D)   This fund will be funded by monies received from Fall Fest.
