§ 36.27 OPERATION PULLOVER MONIES FUND.
   (A)   The Operation Pullover Monies Fund shall be set up for monies received from the state.
   (B)   This money is then paid out to police officers who participate in the Operation Pullover Grant.
   (C)   Per the Indiana State Board of Accounts, this fund shall be separate from and independent of other city monies and funds.
