§ 36.26 NR COMMUNITY CENTER FUND.
   (A)   The NR Community Center Fund shall be set up for monies paid to the Community Center.
   (B)   These monies shall come from program fees, vending machines, and the like.
   (C)   By putting these monies into a separate fund, this money can then be used by the Center for vending costs and other expenses of the Center outside their budget.
   (D)   Per the Indiana State Board of Accounts, this fund shall be separate from and independent of other city monies and funds.
