§ 36.19 LAWRENCEBURG HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION FUND.
   The City of Lawrenceburg hereby establishes the Education Fund for graduates of Lawrenceburg High School. All students must attend Lawrenceburg High School for four years, and graduate from Lawrenceburg High School. All Lawrenceburg High students must reside within Lawrenceburg School corporation boundaries. All graduates must prove their acceptance into a university, college, trade school, or apprenticeship program. All graduates must maintain a "C" grade average while attending school. If the graduate does not maintain a "C" average, funding will not be continued. Any graduate wishing to utilize this education program must start school within one year after graduating from Lawrenceburg High School. The only exception would be those students who have enlisted into the United States Armed Forces. Upon receiving an honorable discharge, the graduate may then utilize the educational program. The City of Lawrenceburg Educational Fund may be used for a total of four years only. The City Council reserves the right to review individual applicants on a case by case basis for special circumstances and hardships.
