(A) The Nonreverting Police Activities Operating Fund was established in 2002, and the city hereby ratifies said establishment as a cumulative, non-reverting fund.
(B) These funds shall be dedicated to funding police activities and are to be funded by donations to and revenues generated by the Lawrenceburg Police Department.
(C) This fund shall be spent by the Police Department by utilizing the purchasing rules set by the Board of Works and Public Safety, or with approval of said Board.
