§ 36.16 NONREVERTING PLAN COMMISSION FUND.
   (A)   The city hereby establishes a cumulative, nonreverting, Plan Commission Fund.
   (B)   This fund shall be dedicated primarily to the funding of zone map updates and various capital outlays.
   (C)   This fund, per Indiana State Board of Accounts instruction, shall be separate from and independent of the yearly operating budget of the Lawrenceburg Plan Commission.
   (D)   This fund shall be funded by fees received by the Zoning Enforcement Officer on behalf of the Plan Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals.
