§ 36.11 BROWNFIELD GRANT FUND.
   (A)   The city shall, and does hereby create the Brownfield Grant Fund (510).
   (B)   The Brownfield Grant Fund shall be funded with the grant awarded under Grant Number 00E02496.
   (C)   The Brownfield Grant shall be spent pursuant to the terms of the Cooperative Agreement issued by the EPA with an award date of August 29, 2019.
