(A) The city shall, and does hereby create the LCC Grant Fund (509).
(B) The LCC Grant Fund shall be funded with the grant awarded under CDBG Number PF-18-103, as well as matching funds of $10,000 from the Dearborn Community Foundation and $269,760 from the Lawrenceburg Community Center.
(C) The LCC Grant Fund shall be spent on the HVAC system at the Lawrenceburg Community Center, along with any associated costs in relation to this project.
(D) In the event the project was to come in under budget, the fund balance from the LCC Grant Fund will be remitted back to OCRA.
