§ 36.09 REFUSE COLLECTION NONREVERTING OPERATING FUND.
   The city creates the Refuse Collection Nonreverting Operating Fund. The Fund will take the revenue generated from the sale of garbage bags, dumpsters and related items and use that money to purchase additional supplies.
