§ 36.07 POLICE EQUIPMENT NONREVERTING OPERATING FUND.

The Police Equipment Nonreverting Operating Fund is established. The Police Equipment Nonreverting Operating Fund will take the moneys received from the sale of cars and insurance settlement and use that money to pay police equipment expenses.
