§ 36.06 PHOENIX INSURANCE NONREVERTING OPERATING FUND.

The Phoenix Insurance Nonreverting Operating Fund is established. The Phoenix Insurance Nonreverting Operating Fund will take the moneys received from reimbursements of premium payments and medical/prescription claims and use that money to pay the collective debt incurred by all four entities.
