§ 36.04 PARKS AND RECREATION NONREVERTING OPERATING FUND.
   (A)   The Parks and Recreation Nonreverting Operating Fund was established in 1993, and the city hereby ratifies said establishment as a cumulative, non-reverting fund.
   (B)   These funds are derived from any monies received from the park’s properties and will be used to improve the park’s recreation areas, with the approval of the Parks Board.
