§ 36.02 PENSION FUND.
   The city elects to establish and create a Police Officer's Pension Fund to be administered by a Board of Trustees of the Police Officers's Pension Fund, in accordance with I.C. 36-8-6 and I.C. 36-8-8, as amended.
