§ 51.26 COLLECTION, DISPOSAL BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person or political subdivision to collect, remove, cremate, dispose or otherwise deal in refuse within the corporate limits of the city, unless expressly authorized to do so by the Common Council.
