(A) The city shall and does establish a cumulative Nonreverting Fire Apparatus Fund.
(B) This Fund shall be dedicated solely to the replacement of, refurbishment of and addition to the apparatus currently in service with the Lawrenceburg Fire Department.
(C) This Fund, per State Board of Accounts instruction, shall be separate from and independent of the yearly operating budget of the Lawrenceburg Fire Department.
(D) This Fund shall be provided for from the General Fund of the City of Lawrenceburg, at a yearly amount and rate determined by the Common Council.
(E) The city may receive donations pledged for the maintenance and restoration of antique fire equipment.
