§ 51.12 EXPLOSIVE MATERIAL.

Placing or depositing any explosive material such as dynamite, dynamite caps, shotgun shells, rifle cartridges, gunpowder, gasoline or similar material in a container for collection or disposal at any dumping grounds, private or municipal, is prohibited.
