§ 155.084 SPECIAL SUBGRADE TREATMENT.
   Special subgrade treatment will be required in all areas that do not meet the specified subgrade compaction required (98% Standard Proctor) or do not pass the final proof roll test (refer to INDOT Standard Specifications, Section 207).
