A final subgrade inspection will include a proof roll of the subgrade performed with a fully loaded (12 tons minimum gross) tandem or tri-axle truck. There shall be one or two complete coverages as directed by the DOE and consulting geotechnical engineer. The owner/developer’s representative shall be present during said testing and will delineate all areas that need to be corrected.
