§ 35.05 APPOINTMENT OF FIREFIGHTERS.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall appoint as many firefighters to the Fire Department as may be necessary for the proper and efficient firefighting and fire protection for the city and its environs, as from time to time contracted.
