(A) These policies apply whenever the purchasing agent reasonably believes the cost of the purchase of supplies will be less than $50,000.
(B) The purchasing agent may, in the purchasing agent’s sole discretion, make a purchase of supplies when the cost of the purchase will be less than or equal to five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(C) The Board, as the purchasing agency, must approve a purchase of supplies when the cost of the purchase will be at least five hundred one dollars ($501.00).
