§ 36.49 RIVER CITIES BIKE SHARE PROGRAM DONATION FUND.
   (A)   Cities of Lawrenceburg and Aurora are hereby authorized to set up a shared “River Cities Bike Share Program Donation Fund” to raise, deposit, and receive funds generated from municipal investment, bicycle rental fees, sponsors, contributions, and grants on its behalf.
   (B)   Cities of Lawrenceburg and Aurora each agree to contribute initial $25,000.00 for a combined $50,000.00 community engagement initiative investment into the River Cities Bike Share Program Donation Fund for the purposes specific to the River City Bike Share Program.
   (C)   The City of Lawrenceburg and the City of Aurora, through the cities general, or through the Lawrenceburg City Department of Parks and Recreation or the Aurora City Department of Parks and Recreation, each may receive funds for the purposes specific to the River Cities Bike Share Program.
   (D)   The Cities of Lawrenceburg and Aurora will use the funds for the sole purpose of creating, maintaining, and expanding the River Cities Bike Share Program in Aurora and Lawrenceburg per the interlocal agreement.
   (E)   Funds invested into the River Cities Bike Share Program in said account will be revolving in nature and used for the initial capital investment, all subsequent capital investments, all rental revenue, advertising revenue, including for the purpose of annual equipment maintenance, marketing, asset management, annual software license renewal fee, expanded inventory and kiosk base, storage materials, promotional events in relation to the bike share program, and any other monies relating to River Cities Bike Share Program.
   (F)   Lawrenceburg and Aurora will have a 30-bike “ride and return” community engagement program with each City having at least 15 initial bicycles, individual bike docking racks, an app for riders with Android and iOS accessibility, Bluetooth locking modules, cloud based administration software, and billing module program contributed to the River Cities Bike Share Program, to be purchased using the funds jointly provided by each municipality.
   (G)   Dynamic Bicycles, Inc. will be engaged for all services related to the purchase of the bicycles, the racks and related equipment, including the software used for the rentals. Dynamic Bicycles, Inc. will also be engaged to manage the processing of rental payments and deposit the gross proceeds of those revenues into the above-referenced checking account.
   (H)   Weber Sports in Aurora, Indiana will be engaged to provide all maintenance and repairs on the bicycles located in Aurora, and Cyclops Bikes in Lawrenceburg, Indiana will be similarly engaged for all bicycles located in Lawrenceburg.
