§ 36.47 PUBLIC FACILITIES GRANT FUND.
   (A)   The City of Lawrenceburg shall, and does hereby create the Public Facilities Grant Fund (507).
   (B)   The Public Facilities Grant Fund shall be funded with the grant awarded under CDBG Number PF-16-106, as well as matching funds of $20,000.00 from the Dearborn Adult Center and $20,000.00 from the Dearborn Community Foundation.
   (C)   The Public Facilities Grant shall be spent on the rehabilitation project for the Dearborn Adult Center, along with any associated costs in relation to this project.
   (D)   Upon dissolution, the fund balance from the Public Facilities Grant Fund will be paid back to OCRA.
