§ 113.45 RECIPROCITY.
   The city does hereby recognize in full the regulations governing taxicabs and taxi services operations of any other municipality having substantially similar rules as those set out above. It is not necessary to duplicate this process, only to be able to furnish proof of compliance with the other municipality.
