§ 113.34 ISSUANCE; DENIAL.
   (A)   If the Clerk-Treasurer finds that the applicant for a company license is fit, willing and able to perform such public transportation and to conform to the provisions of this section and the rules promulgated by the Clerk-Treasurer, the Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a company license to the applicant stating:
      (1)   The name and address of the applicant.
      (2)   The number of taxicabs authorized under such certificate.
      (3)   The date of issuance.
   (B)   If a company does not qualify for a license under the terms of this section, the application shall be denied. The applicant may then request a hearing.
