§ 113.27 LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF PASSENGERS RIDING IN FRONT SEAT.
   No driver or owner of any licensed taxicab may allow more than one person to ride on the front seat with the driver of the taxicab while it is engaged in the business of carrying persons for hire.
