§ 113.11 RECEIPT; CONTENTS.
   The driver of any taxicab shall, at the end of the trip, offer to give the passenger a written receipt for the amount charged. The receipt shall contain:
   (A)   The names of the holder and driver;
   (B)   The vehicle license number or motor number;
   (C)   The amount charged; and
   (D)   The date of transaction.
