§ 113.07 RECORDS REQUIRED; ACCESS; RETENTION.
   (A)   Every holder shall keep accurate records of receipts from operations, operating and other expenses, capital expenditures and such other operating information as may be required by the Clerk-Treasurer.
   (B)   Every holder shall maintain the records containing such information and other data required by this article at a place readily accessible for examination by the Clerk-Treasurer, the Lawrenceburg Police Department, or the City Attorney’s Office.
   (C)   All records required by this subsection shall be preserved and maintained by the holder for three calendar years.
