§ 90.03 BULLYING AND PROFANITY.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct themselves in any manner that may be construed as bullying in any public park. No person shall use profanity or foul language, or display profanity in any way in any public park in the city.

(B) The Parks Board shall post signs hereafter including these provisions and the Lawrenceburg Police Department shall enforce these regulations.
