§ 150.07 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER TO PERMANENTLY MOORED VESSELS.

All sections of Chapter 150 are applicable to permanently moored vessels, which are considered “substantially a land structure”, such status to be determined and communicated to the city by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
