When future changes occur in the cost of purchased power, which changed would cause a change in said purchased power cost adjustment tracking factor calculated in accordance with the order of the Public Service Commission of Indiana approved on December 17,1976 in cause no. 34614, as may be hereafter amended by said Commission, such factor shall automatically be changed accordingly (see Appendix A).
