§ 3-1-2-17.4. FEES FOR INSPECTIONS OF REBUILT SALVAGE MOTOR VEHICLES.
   The fee for any City Police Department inspection of a rebuilt salvage motor vehicle pursuant to state law shall be $5 per inspection. All revenue generated from such inspection fees shall be deposited in the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund for the city.
