§ 3-1-2-17.3. FEES FOR VEHICLE INSPECTIONS.
   The fee for any City Police Department vehicle inspection pursuant to state law shall be $5 per inspection. All revenue generated from such inspection fees shall be deposited in the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund for the city.
