The responsibilities, duties, powers, and procedures of the Lawrence Plan Commission shall be as set forth in I.C. 36-7-4 as amended and all other applicable laws and City ordinances. The Lawrence Plan Commission shall meet within 30 days of its establishment to elect officers, adopt procedures, determine rules of operation, adopt an official seal, determine application procedures and establish a calendar of regular meetings. The administration shall prepare a budget and staffing for the Plan Commission for each fiscal year.
