§ 6-1-2-1. LEISURE PROGRAMS POLICY.
   (A)   The Board shall attempt to provide the public with a wide and diverse range of leisure services to meet the needs of all segments of the community.
   (B)   The Board shall encourage all members of the community to become involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation of leisure services.
