§ 6-1-1-6. ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
   (A)   At its first regular meeting in each year, the Board shall elect a President, a Vice President and a Secretary from its membership.
   (B)   The Vice President shall have authority to act as the President of the Board during the absence or disability of the President.
   (C)   The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the meetings and maintain a record of all Board proceedings.
