§ 6-1-1-5. MEETINGS; QUORUM.
   (A)   The meetings of the Board of Parks and Recreation shall be held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
   (B)   All meetings of the Board are open to the public.
   (C)   A majority of the members constitutes a quorum. No Board action may be taken unless authorized by at least three members present and acting.
