(A) Initial appointments by the Mayor shall be as follows:
(1) One member for a term of one year;
(2) One member for a term of two years;
(3) One member for a term of three years;
(4) One member for a term of four years; and
(5) The ex officio member shall be appointed for a term of four years.
(B) As a term expires, each successive appointment shall be for a term of four years. All terms expire on the first Monday in January, but a member continues in office until his or her successor is appointed.
(C) If a vacancy occurs on the Board, the Mayor shall appoint a new member for the unexpired term.
